I like this house, it is one on my favorite list. The only thing I would change is, I would get rid of the wet bar it seems a little out of place that close to the front door. Other than that the house is a plus especially with the primary suite NOT being right off of the living room....
@@Rebecca-1111 I do not mind a wet bar, but NOT at my front door. I DO NOT want to be greeted by a wet bar walking into my house. The wet bar could be built into the buffet & I would be fine with that as long as the wet bar is not starring me right in the face soon as I walk into the house.....
Thank you for sharing your experience with this shed manual, a useful and well-designed resource for building your own shed. ru-vid.comUgkxzaRUJNcbypw-fRBDbqqz43ULIa-1EGP- It sounds like you enjoyed the process of creating something new, rather than repairing something old. The pictures in the manual were helpful and informative. I'm glad your dad liked it and is looking forward to building a shed. The hardcover edition was a good choice, as it is more durable and resistant to car fluids than the soft cover ones. I appreciate your feedback. blush
Chance your son is adorable a handsome little buddy. WOW WOW WOW!! Love the covered porch and tray ceilings! You don’t see these much in a mobile home. That kitchen sink window should be in every kitchen. Omg what an awesome “safe place” secret pantry! Luv the massive utility room! Put your dog kennels in there too. WOW all the huge closets!! Massive storage! Fantastic master shower closets! Very beautiful expensive home for a nice family. Great show! Keep safe on that road chance!
Chance, I agree with the comments that are made ! The wet bar needs to be located in the kitchen near the living room and the kitchen appliances need to be closer together! teenaboettjer@gmail.com
Hi Chance and Cullen ....Chance I wish you would open the cabinets again ... this house is gorgeous 😍... but I rather the range top on the other side and the refrigerator needs to be moved closer ..that pantry is awesome...all the storage in this home is amazing ... the laundry storage is awesome..stocking up on laundry supplies for sure. The master shower 🚿 needs another shower 🚿 head .. and vents on the ceiling .. the first room I would use as a office.. Be Safe Be Blessed
Why do these designers insist on putting the kitchen appliances so far apart. If you were working in that kitchen and needed something out of the refrigerator you almost have to leave the kitchen to get it. You were in the middle of making something and you needed eggs or sour cream or butter or anything else that's in the refrigerator you have to walk clear across the kitchen around the island.
I like a layout spaced out for the very reason you pointed out. If I’m working on something, the rest of my family can come in, grab what they need/want from fridge without getting in the middle of me baking or making dinner. I guess designers think of everyone and their needs, not just layouts based off of one persons opinion 🤷🏻♀️
That is exactly what I think is ridiculous about all these monster homes. You walk 3-4 miles a day just preparing meals. When will builders learn you don’t anchor islands 6 or 7 feet away from fridges and stoves.
If I remember correctly in my home ec. classes from waaaay back in the 70's,... To have a successful kitchen, one's location of their appliances, they should resemble that of a triangle 📐.. Point: A) Your Sink.. Point: B) Your Refrigerator.. Point: C) Your Cooking Range.. The dishwasher was a luxury back then.. *_..AND.._* The microwave, it was unheard of!
I've made that same comment, plus the fridge should be closer to the dining, think about pouring drinks and how far you go to get the drinks, ice then back or kid's want milk for cereal etc... I'm a Cook and Baker and I notice the distance fast and even in pricy stick built home's I've seen I've said you need to wear roller skates in order to prepare food in the kitchen.
You already aired this EXACT video on August 19, 2021. Why are you lying that this is a new video? The title on the video from August 19, 2021 'Probably the nicest mobile home on RU-vid now. Next level triple wide home tour'
Absolutely love all the wonderful storage in this home. The kitchen is fabulous. Love the stovetop in the island. The laundry room is amazing. The only thing I would change is no carpet.
I have a stove top on my island. It's pretty to look at, but the first time I cooked bacon, the grease was alllllll over the kitchen! The downdraft sucks nowhere near as well as a vent hood! I cook bacon in the oven now.
Definitely change out the bathroom sinks to square and upgrade the faucets to like the matte black. Definitely would add a hand held shower faucet to the soaker tub and to the master shower. I am a Hospice RN and know how much the hand held shower wands are helpful to the elderly and/or the end of life patients. Also helpful if you find yourself injured or recovering from non life threatening illnesses I.e. routine surgical procedure such as gallbladder removal, appendix removal, etc…
All that house, all the extras, so very nice but even the pantry is bigger than the guest bath. The most used bathroom needs room and storage. Love the cooktop on the island.
Ok Chance. I keep playing this one over and over again. I can’t get this triple wide off my mind. If I could afford this dream house, I would definitely pick this one out of all the ones you’ve shown. Just my style. Gorgeous!!!
Wow, there is so much room. I would have to go furniture shopping to fill it up. Love the utility room. You could almost set it up as an office with countertop and cabinets on the other side of the washer and dryer. All around I love it.
Would Love this Mobile Home more if it didn't have the dumb vents in the floors. This home becomes an instant let down for me having to step over vents. I have to do that with the Mobile Home I have now and it drives me insane. I hate vents in floors. I also would have to change the Electric to gas stove. The Pantry is a keeper. The Kitchen sink would have to be changed to a double bowl sink. I would take the window out of the Utility Room so I could have a Freezer there instead. Carpet is ok in the bedrooms but not in the halls. Love all the storage everywhere and no wire racks. I would have to take the door off the water closet(Toilet area) in the master because I'm disabled. I wonder how wide the Halls are for a wheelchair?
As mentioned, the wet bar is really out of place as the first thing you see right inside the door. A better option would be some hooks and lockers/storage baskets for the children to hang up their coats and back packs. Even a moderate sized hall closet would make more sense.
I'm not usually impressed with the outside of a manufactured home but I love this one. Already. I have friends that own that kind of a triple wide home. But there's is stuccoed.
Absolutely gorgeous home! It has everything and more from the outside finishings to the pantry to the shower to the kitchen to all the storage!!! This home is for me!! Thank you again Chance and Cullen :)
I jaet love that home I wood love to rant one of Tham becomes my apoutmants don't have air or heat and it so it wood just be a blessing to have one of Tham my a pourtmants is just as is I wood love to have heat and air
If I had a home like this with the doors off the kitchen & laundry area, I would have a wrap around porch there. I love the hard wood flooring through out the living & kitchen/dining area. I really love the stove on the island! That's different. I really love how the pantry door is the same color as the cupboards! It just blends right in. I also love the window shape above the sink. That laundry area is really big, but I love the cupboards & that rod to hang your clothes up. Oh, I love the arch way into the dining & kitchen. I also love the stucco ceiling. Is that stucco? The bedrooms are really nice size & I love all the closets in each of the rooms. I absolutely really love the master bedroom & bath! There is nothing I would change about this place!
Lovely settup! While I love the cabinets there for a bar settup seems a bit unneeded since it's.. right next to the kitchen. So I'd prolly leave that out. Also feel like the second closet in the main bedroom is overkill would likely see if I could take that out for more space in the bedroom. Bit too pricey imho for a manufactured home but still very nice!
Natural gas isn’t available in our area, so one must have a propane tank and because we have the 2nd to cheapest electric rates in the nation, it’s more efficient than propane. Our house is 2220 sq ft with an attached 800 square ft 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. During the winter our average daytime temperatures are 15-25 degrees Fahrenheit. Last winter our nighttime temperatures were below Zero and our daytime temperatures were around 20 degrees Fahrenheit. We got 7 feet of snow last winter. We keep our house at 68 degrees and my dad keeps his apartment at 75 degrees. Our highest electric bill was $140 for the month. Our average electric bill with the A/C running averages $44 per month. In the summer we cool our house to 78 degrees and my dad keeps his at, you guessed it, 75 degrees. We have 3 refrigerators, and 5 freezers, plus we freeze dry food everyday. Yes we’d like to have natural gas or propane gas for our stove, but it’s cheaper to use electricity.
I love pretty much all the homes you show. Please show more single wides cause they really are more affordable to the average person. Your personality is great , which adds to the fun of the show. Keep up the great work
Really like this floor plan. Finally a home with an entry. Some of changes I would make. Remove the wet bar and replace with a coat closet. Take the stove out of the island. Burn hazard and no range hood with extractor fan. Add an extra powder room in the bedroom area or just a separate toilet and make the bathroom bigger. Somehow change the entry into the shower in the ensuite, to have the seat and shower head on opposite ends of the shower. These changes are just my opinion.
This is the town I grew up in. This is also one of my favorites. I love that you made it to my state, and have shown this particular home. It does my state proud. Thanks, Chance!
Save money get a shavnnha from DRHorton that on boaden farms in flippin rd area of Atlanta ga and put that on your land and add to that is a better price than this but if in Tennessee area call douglas and taylor in camden to build you a nice home
Well, 🪲 I don’t know how to feel about this one. I wish the master bed was square. I really didn’t like the master bathroom. But loved all the windows. But your son is darling. I enjoy listening to u!
Best home I’ve ever seen. This is a high quality home that would fit well in many areas. I’d want mine on a full foundation. Looks likes built with higher quality products I could see my self living in something like this.
In the hallway, One of the closets is a coat closet for guests to hang their coats. The other closet is a linen closet, something desperately needed with4 bedrooms.
So I was drinking my coffee and thinking. Got out some paper and started drawing. Then this video came out! I swear it’s just about the same thing. ( just 2 guess rooms with jack and Jill bathroom). But wow ! Beautiful home. Love love love this !!! ❤
WOW!! this is gorgeous Chance! Love the floor plan, the kitchen is to die for and that utility room is bigger and has more cabinets than my 3 bed family home kitchen does!! ❤
Nice. Few things I would change for myself. First no carper any where(carpet is nasty) second the wet bar on the kitchen side and not in the entry, that was just strange looking, pocket doors where I could have them. Those may seem old fashioned but I like the idea of a cleaner look plus they don't take up the space a regular door does. All showers no tubs.Just to name a couple things. I did like the layout.
Awesome job with showing this house. I watch you all of the time. We have a nice size house. But one day I will retire and I would love this house on a plot of land.
