Regarding the Jack and Jill bathroom, If it were twin boys sharing that bathroom would it be called Pete and Repeat ? What about if it were twin girls sharing the bathroom, then would it be called Kate and DupliKate ?

Great looking but hard to get beyond all of the outdated signage everywhere. That stuff went out a few years back thank goodness. They might want to update their designers. It just makes it kind of hard to pay attention to the details with tacky signs everywhere telling you where to eat or where to do laundry.
Love it! Love the walk in pantry surprise! Only thing I'd liked to see is a double sink in the Jack and Jill bathroom. One can be brushing their teeth while the other is washing their face or both brushing teeth...you get the idea. Cost anyone?
Love that model house. Love the 5 bedrooms, so roomy and very well layer out. Dude that walk in pantry had me shook! Love how it’s disguised as cabinets but when you open the door, pow there it is! Very nice indeed!

If anyone thinks the price is high... Try living in Commiefornia... My 1 bedroom 750 sq ft condo cost me $70k 15 years ago... I can sell it for $325k right now and buy the modular in this video and move to the FREEDOM loving state of Florida. Edit: 5 HUGH BEDROOM'S a den, a livingroom, a hidden pantry and a master suite. For $300K, or 1 bedroom for $300k... you decide.
The same here in NY I just laugh at some when they say that's too expensive for......!!! Well, I guess maybe for them & in their area it is too expensive, but they really should broaden their horizon a bit & research states like Cali & NY to see what manufactured, modular & prefab homes go for then maybe, just maybe they will think again!
Little Cullen is a doll! Reminded me of how excited my son (29 yrs now) was getting his 1st baseball glove for T-Ball! Enjoy every second of Cullen growing up, they grow up way too fast😘
This one is fail. If someone needs 5 bedrooms then they better eat off paper plates because that kitchen has NO cabinet space!! Master closet too narrow and why, just why do they always put windows in the bathroom over a tub?? Do they think everyone wants to be seen naked??? Makes no since to me. Last thing, always have a water closet with a fan. It will make living together much easier. If you are going to pay out that much money, make sure you have what important to you. (Kitchen cabinets)

That house is absolutely gorgeous but I've heard so many horror stories about homes like that, like what you see in videos is not what it is once you get it on your land, horrible customer service, the houses not being connected right I guess that I really have to investigate the companies that are right for me when I'm ready
Plenty of drawers in this kitchen! I like that laundry room especially the sink set up and the cupboards. Love that pantry but would prefer a real door. I like the long solid top island. With the potential of needing to prep food for lots of kids, etc. you need a large space to do it in. This island means you aren't having to work around a sink or stove. I don't like the shelves with the pipes but that is me. I have never had a house with enough bookshelves for me and those pipes take up space. Cullen for sure has the basics of baseball figured out! Too cute. I know he is a lot older now and is a big brother, but boy is he special.
Floorplan at 2:32 The interior is nice for a simple 5 bedroom. Very functional considering. Cheery kitchen withen. Master bathtub is nice for a freestanding unit. Easy to clean behind. The exterior feels a bit tacky to me. Wish they had done a different siding. Mosr of the closets in the secondary bedrooms needs to be corner walk-in instead. Be better able to see in them. Master toilet needs enclosure. Shower could use more glass so you can see. Master closet feels claustrophobic...

For a five bedroom house, I thought the living areas, especially the kitchen, were pretty small. I would cut the master bath down to at least half the size and add the extra space to the kitchen/ dining area. Beautiful features though.
Just the right amount of space for me. I love big roomy homes, with lots of closets and the walk-in pantry is great. Having a fireplace in the bdrm is a nice feature, so this would become my office. The mstr bath would be devoid of fixtures so I could use this bright space for a crafting area, and the closet would hold my supplies and materials. I'd have a big combo furnace and air cond. outside so I would end up with 2 more closets.
Oh my God!! I love everything about this house. Spacious rooms, love the 5 bedrooms, family room and the pantry. I WANT IT!!! ❤❤ AND...to top it off, you had to bring out the main attraction "So sweet and cute Cullen!!" Those dimples just melts my heart. 😊❤

Hope you can get this home with a regular water heater. After my experience with one at work they never get the water more that luke warm and need serviced every other week it seems. I'll take me regular 50 gallon and replace an element once every 5-6 years. Maybe replace it once every 12-15

The bathroom in question you asked about Jack-and-Jill is a name but officially is called double entry bathroom. According to my Architectural Drafting text book, they are called Double-Entry Bathroom. Not a name "Jack-and-Jill". We all including myself call it Jack and Jill. But more formal as Double Entry Bathroom, period. House is nice. So many bedrooms! Great for huge family up to 10 members.. Brandy Bunch could live there now that HGTV owns the house. Hahhaha. Wink. I convert 1 to 2 bedroom for my office need. But gray! Monochromic. Yuck!
Okay, right off the bat AND nothing against the actual home itself BUT, ... a hiccup in the decor design. With that lovely large living room window who decided to go with 2 small love seat sofas (or 1 sofa 1 love seat) instead of 2 matching sofas? The couch in front of the window needs to be longer (perhaps centered as well - depends). And, a couch for 3-4 as well that's perpendicular. Asthetically more pleasing. Not to mention it is a 5 BEDROOM Home ... possibly 6 people; if not more. [Oops, patience. There's a second family/TV room. YES!] Great to see these larger options.
Hi Chance! Thanks for another fabulous tour!! I loved the exterior colors and textures of this home. And a tankless water heater 🤯❤️! The front door and interior color scheme was beautiful too! I love how much natural light filled the whole home. My favorite rooms; the kitchen (and pantry of course), the dining room and it’s shelves, the family room with its stone work, the jack and jill bathroom that connects 2 of the bedrooms, the master bedroom/bathroom/closet! Just overall a really great home and layout! This would perfectly fit my big family.
Ya know I ALWAYS complain about Jack n Jills. BUT… this one would work!! You could leave the doors to the bedrooms open since the toilet/shower area has a door. (Pocket doors would be cool for the bedroom to bathroom doors and for the toilet/shower area door. I wouldn’t put locks on the doors that go from bedroom to bathroom. Problem of kids leaving doors locked…. No more!! I love the hidden pantry. The family room is awesome (not a fan of the brick. I would want bookcases on both sides of the tv.) I love the tall cabinets. Not much extra room in the laundry room, though. Ya need a garage for the freezer. At least it has a sink! That toilet in the master bathroom…..whhhhyyyyyy???? They couldn’t have made a water closet? Geez Louise. A very big person might have an issue in that master closet. It’s kinda slim. That’s a big fail right there. They weren’t thinking about EVERYONE with that closet. Also, someone who is claustrophobic isn’t gonna like that closet. Lol But all in all it’s a pretty nice house.

I hate to be a downer with this house, barn doors are long gone. I can’t believe they’re still using them. And did I see more windows that don’t open? That’s nuts! It’s a nice house overall, though too much grey! I’ve been watching these for a while now, and you could just be filming in black and white. Too gloomy! BUT!! This was a nice modular… I liked the floors, walk in pantry was nice, master bathroom, lanterns, lemon decor, cabinet space on the breakfast bar, bar doors how they separate the living room from dining room But I am a little confused because it is a 5 bedroom with only 3 bathrooms….!!! Maybe adding a half bath or another bath maybe just my opinion 🤔🤔🤔

Oh wait a minute, I think there is carpet in the bedrooms, yes in all the bedrooms 😢 shoot ok so that's one thing I would have to change - I do not like carpet, unless it is cut into smaller sections and placed under the dining table and coffee table and even on the porch lol. I do like area rugs of all shapes and sizes. Just not carpet. But hey still a perfect home Chance thank you for sharing

Nice looking but the Kitchen and Dining Room look small for a 5 bedroom home. A 3 bedroom, okay. For myself first I'd want to see if they have a roof pitch option, I'd want a steeper pitch. If so then add an 8' deep covered porch on the front. If not it is a no sale for me. I'd just want a 3 bedroom. The rest is hard to explain. I'd have the Utility Room moved to the end of the house past the Den and lay it out differently. That former area would become part of the Master Closet. Where the doorway was would be removed and put more Kitchen counter there. Put a doorway into the Master Closet from the Bedroom area. Put in a built in tub, not that free standing thing eating up floor space with it sticking out. Move the shower to the left a little then toward the Bedroom a bit to make more room in the toilet area. As is the Master Closet is a Master Disaster, that narrow area once you hang clothes up would be hard to get through without rubbing all over your clothes hanging there. Making the changes I'd want would solve that. Redoing the other end is too complicated to describe. You'd end up with the Utility Room down there, just a Half Bath and a doorway out the end to an attached garage. Also Basement stairs.
