2000-2010 was easily the best era for me. They had elite versatile scorers, smothering defense, and a great face for the league with Kobe Bryant. The players took the game serious and played their heart out and us true hoop fans appreciated it

The first three he was in Shaq shadow, caught the bogus r8pe charge going into the 04 season, had his ONE league MVP in 07-08 and didn’t start really gaining favor again until his finals runs the last 3 years. Go position by position, and you'll see the depth with players that could give you buckets. 2000s PF position might be the deepest and strongest as far as needing to lace up every night.

I'm 35 and because my Dad had the TV running I remember as Kid watching the Bulls with Dennis Rodman and David Robinson with Rookie Timmy. I believe I can rate the late 90s since today. And I must say. From what I have witnessed the 2000s were the best ERA. 2000 until 20002 were also the best all star games

Dirk's run was consistent always making the playoff was 45-plus wins each year and that 2011 run he killed everyone moving - Kobe, kd, Wade, LeBron and that blazers squad - he made a statement he was dangerous and he was a MVP 2006-07 season made the finals that year

2000's era was tough. Definitely a better era than 2010's. When I started watching NBA heavy as a kid back then in the 2000's. I missed Jordan's 90's domination since I was born in '94 but that 2000's era was amazing to watch growing up.

I think 2000s was the apex of basketball. The best players weren't really teamed up. West was stacked just like today. East was trash first few years but started to gain traction in the middle of the decade with Miami, Boston and Orlando joining the party Detroit had been having for themselves. A team like Utah with no super star won 48-53 games a year. Imagine Utah now winning that many games.

In the 2010s, each of the 3rd team won championships in that era. On their collective teams and were the best player and/or the most impactful player on their team. They each dominated the early 2000's era as well. Except Draymond of course.
