DISCLAIMER: We know NOT ALL men are trash. We are both married to 2 incredible ones! We'd also like to think (hope) any man watching this, is one of the good ones! We were generalizing / speaking about some of the men our friends & family have dated in recent years...which have been TRASH. We hope you can offer nuance when listening. side nite: we also know women can be trash too! ALSO - we are not TELLING women to have babies alone...we said we "get" and support women who choose to. Some people "plan" to have kids with their partner, spouse, etc and they still end up doing it alone... and what I've learned from watching people in situations that are not my own to bear - is that decisions (especially something like deciding to have a child on their own) are not done lightly. Many times it comes after days, months and even years of weighing options, crying days and nights, deciding one thing and then changing your mind the next, being hopeful one day and depressed the next...and so I say, if someone makes a decision as heavy and as hard as something like this, I support it. Being single is not a death sentence.😅 Both singleness and marriage are a gift with different priorities. And you can be married yet be lonely and have a spouse that is emotionally and physically unavailable. Continue to grow, learn, and most importantly love yourself and don't settle for less.

Matching bra and panties is skinny girl privilege. For voluptuous women to afford good foundational bras, especially at a middle ages, it costs serious money and it's difficult to find larger sizes (DDD+) in stores. Then to find matching panties is often not available or cost prohibitive. No, I do not match my finger and toe nail paint. I change my finger nails at least twice a week.

I don’t know if I agree with telling women to have a baby on their own. I think as a married woman sometimes we may not really understand what it means to be like on our own anymore and so I just feel like a child needs two parents. I get that it is so hard right now to decide who to have a child with but I’m thinking about the child. I’m also a teacher and that child is going to need both parents navigating this period of life now with school and social media and all that stuff to put all of that on one parent I just think it’s just not a good idea especially if it is actually planned that way. But that’s just my opinion. My heart does also go out to all the single folks all the childless women like me who don’t have kids yet and hope and pray that just like God did for me, God will send you a man that is a good man and a faithful man. Do not lose hope.

On the rant in the beginning, I wish more people realize that they can have a baby or multiple babies without needing to have a partner. Part of the reason why I divorced my ex was because he emotionally abusive and an adult man-child; I also realized that I am aromantic and asexual 😅 I knew I could not procreate with him because it would be like taking care of 2 children (or 3 with twins) and that ain't it fa me 😩. Now that I am divorced and embracing my aromantism/asexuality, I still want to conceive and raise a child by myself. There's a HUGE, supportive SMBC (single mothers by choice) community all over social media, especially reddit and facebook. I'd love to see more acceptance or representation of individuals who choose to be single parents because not everyone wants to get married or be in relationships, especially in today's used bandages, polluted dating pool. 🤮

My hands and feet never match. I get designs on my hands so trying to match (colorwise) with my feet would look nuts. Especially, when it's winter/spring lol. I have a nail person that is typically good at the choice thing. However, last visit I showed him an image because I was headed to a work conference and didnt want any surprises. My appt was the day before I had to leave. The nails were so ugly I had to get them redone later that evening at a shop closer to my home. He won't be seeing me for a while.
