Gina Bachauer plays Brahms Piano Concerto no 2 (4th Mvt) 

Sound recording from the Mecury-Label CD: 434 340-2, 1994. (Rec. 1962). Brahms Piano Concerto no 2 B flat Major, 4th Mvt: Allegretto grazioso, Gina Bachauer, piano. Stanislaw Scrowaczewski conducting the London Symphony Orchestra. The recording was made at Watford Town Hall, London on 5 July 1962. Mme Bachauer played Brahms’ Piano Concerto no 2 several times in London at the Royal Festival Hall and the Royal Albert Hall with such conductors as Davis, Dorati, Klemperer, Krips, Kubelik, del Mar, Pritchard, Sargent and Skrowaczewski and with the main London Orchestras.
At the Proms, RAH, Miss Bachauer played twice this Brahms’ Concerto: on 23 August 1955 and on 21 August 1970. With the New York Philharmonic she performed this Concerto on 2, 3 and 4 January 1959. And with the Berlin Philharmonic at the Berlin Philharmonie (Hall) Gina Bachauer played Brahms’ B flat Concerto on 8 and 9 January 1969. Her last performance of this Piano Concerto took place with Philadelphia Orchestra on 13 August 1976 - only nine days before her untimely death on 22 August 1976.
