INGREDIENTS:
750g Kasim ( Pork Shoulder )
500g Sigarilyas ( Winged Bean )
500ml Kakang Gata
500ml Pangalawang Gata
2 Sibuyas
1 Buo Bawang
1 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Vinegar
3 pcs Green Chili
2 tbsp Patis ( Fish Sauce )
2 tbsp Brown sugar
SIGARILYAS or WINGED BEAN
The winged bean, also known as the goa bean, four-angled bean, four-cornered bean, manila bean, princess bean, cigarrillas, asparagus bean, dragon bean, is a tropical herbaceous legume plant. Its origin is most likely New Guinea. It grows abundantly in the hot, humid equatorial countries of South and Southeast Asia.
