Its new to me, making ginger ale now. still have to collect ingredients for root beer. when its perfected, I will post a video. ;)

I dunno what mistake I did my ginger bug did not work it was not able to make a fizz when I kept it for bottling and the entire thing was smelling yeasty wonder what went wrong..

Deependra Sarkar It is very finicky. It has to be dealt with as soon as it is ready, seems like those particular bacteria/yeast die quickly.

Usama Alhaj As it ferments, it will produce trace amounts of alcohol as a byproduct of the process, it wouldn’t be harmful to your health or affect your mind 😉
