Ginger Shot Jason Vale Recipe 

I break my fast with ginger, lemon and agave every morning and have been for the last year and a half and let me tell you it has just been amazing to my body. I have seen improvements in my skin and my waist is smaller than ever due to the reduction of inflammation. I also work out with hiit 4x a week finishing my workouts with a moringa and plant based protein shake and keep up a 7hr intermittent fasting regimen, consume very limited amounts of meat and dairy. I have never been in better health and I am now 31, I even look healthier and younger than when I was 27. I used to suffer from asthma due to allergies and being over weight but haven’t had issues with that in a long long time. Invest in your health people!!

Stinging Nettle, Elderberry and Pineapple are also one of the most powerful natural antihistamines :) Throwing some slices of pineapple to this shot would be perfect! Turmeric is another great option and maybe a squeeze of lemon.

I really dont know how this works but it has saved me having to swallow pills for menstrual cramps. I thought I'd share and also thank you for this recipee.

I've even got my boyfriend asking for juices instead of medication (in terms of the flu, I'm still working on him overall 😂) I only own a fast juicer, I understand that the most juice will be obtained from a slow juicer but is it still possible with a fast juicer?
