It’s not that there were less diseases it’s that they were not only unnamed but blamed on supernatural forces like god and witches instead of things like what actually caused the diesease.

As someone who lives on a college campus I've always been incredibly paranoid that people aren't washing their hands and touching the door handles with their crusty dusty fingers. This only helped confirm my paranoia and now I'm glad I don't touch door handles and sanitize my hands as much as possible.
Hand sanitizer makes your immune system weaker tho! Some germs are good for you, the hand sanitizer kills everything good and bad. So next time you get sick you'll feel worse than you would have if you just used soap :)

During the pandemic, I used to constantly sanitize my hands a lot when I was grocery store cashier (even after the mask lift, I still used hand sanitizer cause I was constantly touching money and food) and it made my hands so dry and I had hangnails more often.

I am Christian and I get so angry at people telling me I’m homophobic. Now I can’t be an ally but I respect you guys I have some LGBTQ+ friends it dosen’t ruin our friendship. I don’t shove my religion down your throat if you don’t believe in god then don’t. I can’t do anything. But god says to love everyone. So if you are LGBTQ+ oh well be you can’t support but I respect!
