You can bring up the conversation in private and you know talk about it like normal people. Hell if I was in his shoes and my girlfriend/boyfriend was doing this to me it would make me not want to marry them at all. Also honestly if she wants to get married so badly then she should just propose to him and get it over with.

His facial expressions, or lack thereof, is actually quite common in people on the Autism Spectrum. My ex was like this, and I've had other neurodivergent friends who also don't show much facial expression, even in stressful circumstances.
