with howard burning his dad letter, the girls decide to ask sheldon what it said since he found and read it from season 6 episode 19 The Closet Reconfiguration no copyright intended, entertainment reasons only
I don't get it though. I mean Sheldon can keep a secret this way by respecting Howard's privacy, how come he always tells Leoranrd's secrets to everyone? I mean Leonard just write those things in a letter and Sheldon will keep his mouth shut, it's that easy!
we all have our moments, believe me, I feel uncomfortable in almost any situation involving people, even if I don't have to interact with anyone directly, even being in the same house than my family members can be uncomfortable, however, sometimes it just sorts of happens that you have these moments in which you seem way more confident than you really are or you feel, in those moments flirting, joking and/or quick responses are easier to perform... also, consider that Sheldon as already know them to a certain extent, especially penny who he has known for the longest among the girls, he can by this point deal with her better.
No Sheldon was never Socially awkward. He hated gatherings. But that never stopped him from voicing his opinions in front of people, never nervous in front of others. You can call him an introvert. On the other hand Leonard was Socially awkward.
real people doesn't exist :). u just described it someone that's real and authentic don't got a damn nick time in their world to watch what other people are doing, they are too busy and having too much fun on their own.
@@blackcat588I hear where you are coming from but I believe at least 50% of wives would have been against reading a personal letter from their husbands father when he didn't even know what was in it.
their answers reveal something of themselves; Raj wants to feel like a grown-up, Sheldon wants to get the big prize, Amy wants to nurture, Penny fears commitment, but wants stability, Bernadette wants to make Howard happy by having a baby. the writing on this show is stellar, they rarely miss anything.
I was always bothered by this chapter. That topic was always hard for Howard and everyone else just wanted to satisfy his curiosity no matter how he would feel.
@@RedVinesTheUmbridgeW so is every main character of the show, at one point or another, including the women. I mean just look at Amy's continuous sexual harassment and assault of Sheldon. As Feminism has made absolutely clear in the last 50 years, being married/in a relationship doesn't give one the right to sex with one's partner. Someone needs to teach Amy that "no means no!"
@@RedVinesTheUmbridgeW Howard is a product of his environment. His dad left. It messed up his mom. He blamed himself. His mom got badly overprotective. Ba da bing, you get Howard!
I'm not the smartest person in the world but even I knew what Sheldon was talking about when he was saying about the letter being 'jointly owned by two spouses' that has to be one of the simplest things he's said and STILL Penny didn't get it.........OMG!!!! XD
Penny and Sheldon make the most interesting “couple” them being total opposites. Sheldon is a pure genius but with almost no social skills. Penny is not an academic but compared to Sheldon she is a “professor” of social skills. They meet in annoyance of each other but understanding and acknowledgement that the other person has skills that they do not themselves possess.
Penny has a beautiful figure, Bernadette is also so beautiful but Amy is the prettiest of them three. She has a beautiful smile, beautiful figure as well under all the layers she has on. People don't realize that but its true.
+I TY everyone has opinions. i know this is just a tv show but others keep saying 'Bernie or Penny are beautiful, and Amy is just pretty' ain't that kinda rude. it is. yes penny and bernie are very pretty but Amy shows us that its okay to make yourself beautiful even if others disagree with your out look.
Specifically, he's bad at being dishonest. When Penny or Leonard tell him about their misgivings in concerns to their dating life and then tell him not to say anything, Sheldon has difficulty keeping it to himself because he is aware that the information is proprietary to the other person - they have a right to know, yet he's not supposed to say. In this case, Sheldon has information that relates only to Howard, who - A) knows Sheldon has the information; and B) has made it clear he does not want to know the information. Because of this, there is no dishonesty in keeping the information from the letter to himself, Howard is aware of the situation and does not want to know, and nobody else has any right or need to know what that information is.
He kept the letter for a reason, his reason, not his wife's reason or input. I have a half sister somewhere in the world who my father threw away because he was a low down worthless jerk. I asked him one day what he would do and say to her if she sought him out to get answers or closer or a relationship. I was stunned by the cruelty of his words and intent. Folks I am not going to repeat his foul, demonic, cowardly inhumane ways of describing how he would destroy her. I vowed I would never seek her out as long as he remained alive. After he had no ability to destroy her, I would become the filter between her needs to know and the horrible truth. If I had to, I would destroy him in her eyes and heart. Years after he and I talked about her, he turned on me, also with the same cruelty. The fires of hell will rage when he is judged. Sometimes the best thing we can do is be merciful and remain silent. I pray my half-sister was adopted into a loving, nurturing, supportive family and today she is happy, free, and content. That's what her big brother wants for her, a good life, free of monsters before her or in her dreams.......
I don't blame Sheldon for wearing gloves while cleaning out the lint trap. In ur own house that's one thing but in a apartment building no glove me up.
Honestly, I'm surprised Bernadette went through with the plan. It's not her letter, it's none of her business. If I were married to Howard (I'm not gay, just saying if I was a girl and married to Howard) I would not go in to the letter just because I'm curious.
It says no open containers on machines. They don't want Shit spilling everywhere. Not sure why you decided to point that out to make a deal out of it..... Especially when the sign behind penny says to keep clothes on while doing laundry.
Quantum Superposition: Raj: Card for 18th birthday happy birthday love you dad. Sheldon: It was a Map leading to the lost treasure of famous pirate one eyed willy Amy: He was at your graduation and cried cause he was proud Penny: He had to leave cause his other life caught up to him Bernadette: inside was a picture of you as a baby on the back said howard my greatest creation.
It may look like Penny is stupid for not understanding Sheldon's big words but what she said was a simplified version of what he said so she'd get credit for it.
Wait a minute, you are telling me that the obvious social thing to do in this situation is to keep a confidential item to yourself and not divulge it to other people and Sheldon was going to do that. Thats the most uusheldon type thing.
dont over look Amy, she may not the super model blonde like Penny and Bernadette.. but you wouldnt have to worry about other guys hitting on her, let alone in front of you LOL and Amy seems alot more like a freak in the sheets lol
