Stage 16 was won by the breakaway. The GC riders were just sitting there playing safe. No action. I expected something much better. Compare it to last year where the GC riders were winning the toughest stages.

so what happend to Lopez. did he get any punishment for punching the guy? (Its not allowed even though the guy kicked him from his bike.) lopez could've gone for a top 3 place if he didn't had a mechanical failure in one of the first mountain stages and if this didn't happen.

uhm, let me think... going at speed with motorbikes and cars behind you, sometimes with precipice on your side, so if the nudge you, you get sent tumbling in the path of vehicle behind you or felling down mountains so you can break your neck... shall I continue? clearly you never had an accident when you are playing sport that can be dangerous...sport can be dangerous if not taken seriously and with precaution, is enough for an idiot to jump in front a cyclist that he is sprinting to get away and that poor soul would land on his head and voila we have a casualty... clearly you cannot see more that the front of your nose... this problem it has been acknowledge in the sport and they are trying to get around to fix it, clearly they did not do enough.

What on earth is Sean Kelly on about? After al those wins you’d think he’d at least sound like he knows what he’s talking about. Comparing him to David Millar leaves Kelly way wide of the mark. He talks such nonsense, where Millar’s commentary is riveting. Why are Eurosport bothering with him? Is it because he’s cheap ? He dumbs down the action.
