I think ancestors lives within them when they reach to the sky thats them asking their ancestors to come down and occupy their body, from what i can understand. So yes theyre watching 💪😌

@@myafelicia girls do the haka too but they stand with their legs together, not like the boys who stand apart. The girls use more hand movements. My granddaughter is 6 and shes doing Kapa Haka. She loves it.

I would have to agree. this one is good but it's really heavy on strong very aggressive movements. not to mention unlike some others there isn't a break at all during the haka until the very end.
