Gising-gising is a Vegetable Filipino dish cooked with coconut milk, pork and alamang. My version of this classic is meat less and plant base, You can enjoy this spicy food without the extra fat and cholesterol.
Ingredients:
5 cloves of garlic
1 onion
5 larges greem chili (siling pang sigang)
7 birds chili (labuyoi)
300g of sitaw (green bean)
100g of Sigarilyas (winged bean)
3 cups of coconut milk
4 tbps of vegan patis (plant base)
1 pinch of salt to taste
4 tbsp of virgin coconut oil
OYSTER MUSHROOM OPTIONAL.. YOU CAN USE ANY KIND OF MUSHROOM IN THIS DISH. (pwede din ung nasa lata)
