One of the many reasons that I like the WH videos is that they list the lifters name, weight class and the amount of weight being lifted clearly. The editing is really good. Plus I enjoy Seb's commentary. He has such good knowledge and info on each lifter.

Great video Seb. Giulia Imperio just needs to increase her total by 2kg to be in the top 10. But there is lifter you forgot that will be in the mix and will medal in the world's at 49kg that is Fraer Morrow. She just needs to get use to competing at a lower weight.

tian is two syllables in Mandarin Chinese (edit: definition of syllable being 'a unit of pronunciation having one vowel sound'). I.e. tian has two vowel sounds: ti-an. It is being pronounced correctly in the video

if we use that definition of a syllable then it’s two syllables, sure! I would still say it is mispronounced here, though. It’s supposed to be 田 and not something like “体验” (nevermind the tones here).

Not to take away from them but this is true. Same as watching the bench in powerlifting. Most of those guys are moving the bar 1/2 the distance a normal limbed lifter does. They should list their height next to their weight just to put in perspective how much mass you need to compete at these levels.
