The defendant is the worst kind of liar. Keeps lying until the facts are thrown right in her face. Then says “Yeah ok” but then lies again 2 minutes later
true , but just a comment about the very end when the judge is talking to her husband , if someone has their oil changed and the oil pan plug bolt is loose then alot of oil would immediately be leaking out before the oil change employees even got the car out of the work area and in fact it would be leaking directly onto the oil changers face so i doubt anyone making the claim that the plug was never tightened could succeed .
I actually showed a woman I was buying an electric bike from my bank account so she’s accept a check from me. We had a misunderstanding about the price. I brought her the cash but she was asking for 200 more. She was reluctant at first but after seeing my bank account she accepted my check and said she would go asap to cash the check.
What a disgusting thing to say to someone, honestly it just shows what kind of person she is, not only is she a liar but shes also a F-ing bully. You NEVER EVER talk about someone's mental health like that. I hope karma catches up to her because its clear she does that crap all the time 🙄 she lies so damn easily too, she lies like a normal person breathes it just rolls off her tongue and theres ZERO regret or shame about it, Eww what a gross person.
Defendant is some kind of lunatic...just listening to her talk, it was obvious after ten words or so out of her mouth that she is a compulsive liar. The nerve of her showing up to court, wasting everyone's time when she knew she signed a contract...even though she played stupid about that...totally ridiculous...
JM is very patient with cases like this, offering to have her staff go through the details and parse things out. Judge Judy would be like "I'm not doing the work for you!"
For the defendant to say in text messaging that she was trustworthy after knowing the plaintiff and her husband had trust issues and fake befriended her and then to say she needs counseling is the epitome of gaslighting. what a toxic individual, this is why people resign not to trust anyone. Make no mistake this defendant is an extremely toxic person to deal with.
People don’t pay attention when they have one thing in mind. I’ve accidentally told customers a higher price than the one in front of their face and they’ve handed me money without question and I’m the one that has to say, “Opps, sorry I said that wrong.” I had a woman ask for a refund and I said I needed to ask permission because we have a no refund policy. She said she didn’t know that. I said we make everyone sign before completing a transaction and we had her signature, and then she said “I don’t care what I signed!” (Mind you, I hadn’t told her no, just that I needed permission from a manager). People don’t know how to think and take accountability even if a judge is waving literal proof at them 🙄
@@misfit_pets5731no it’s not. They labelled more recent season as S1, and even show what seems to be JM in S1 in the banner but it’s not actually that season. I learned this the other night and was so hyped to see it on there only for it to be stuff I’ve seen on RU-vid
I'll never understand why people lie when they know they're going to be proven wrong. She knew she signed a contract that said the very opposite of her initial testimony, and then she lies and says she didn't know what she was singing.
Okay, where's your proof you paid anything. "I paid in cash and she wouldn't give me a recept". If I only had a dime every time I heard that said in court.
Yolanda's true colors came out when she made that snarky remark about needing counseling. Yolanda and her friend should be called...Anastasia and Drizella. (Cinderella reference) 🤣🤣🤣
No Adams apple probly a actual woman. With a deep voice. She looks big if she trains hard and fo roids will deepen the voice. I worked out with real Women that did Roids they looked suspect but real women. She is a she.
Oil in the driveway happened to me. They also didn't put my new tires on. Dropped my car off! I got home like um what the hell?!? Middas! I don't use them anymore! That was my 3rd try with them.
Harvey at the end: "That promissory note is worth its weight in gold." ...well, this one actually worth around $1000... a little more than a piece of gold paper 😅
Not fair , Should have granted the pla😢 The plaintiff should get the whole amount 1309.00 because the defendant lies, and she wasted her time, and she probably could sell the items quicker and get close to what she was asking on Offerup
Plaintiff was smart to get a promissory note from the defendant! But the plaintiff got a little greedy there when she sued the defendant, bc she was able to sell some stuff that the defendant didn’t take and was still gonna charge the defendant for it, double dipping as they call it.
