I would really love to win this. I have recently moved to Florida and need to buy a new mixer. I have always loved my kitchen aid, but noticed how much the price has gone up. As always Gretchen, your recipes are fantastic and you are slowly converting me to vegan. Don't stop what you are doing!
I would enjoy that. I use a hand mixer to make your original brownies recipe. People thought I bought them at a bakery. Then I ordered your book. Great vegan desserts. Keep up the great work.
So tempting! I've never owned a stand mixer. I've been getting by with hand mixing and a weak handheld electric mixer, but getting a real mixer would be a dream. Especially for aquafaba!
That's really cool that there's a company making affordable stand mixers now! 🥰 I think that stand mixers are so important when it comes to making quality breads and pastries at home (since let's face it, we don't have all day to mix/knead doughs, lol), but $400+ for a standard Kitchenaid is understandably a huge ask of people who might just want to bake better at home. It looks so luxurious! I love the blue light and I love that it has a pulse. It seems like a great mixer, it whipped up the aquafaba so fast when you put the speed up to 6.
Love all your recipes.. Even the "old" ones.. I still have your Oreo Cheese cake cupcake recipe and just use the Cheesecake part... lol everyone loves it. :)
Great video demonstration of mixer, would love to try it out for myself. I have a kitchen aid but it is heavy and need extra mixer for my daughter who loves to bake as well!!!!
Love the 6 qt. bowl. I think since it is very light weight, it would have movement in use. It has a clean looking design. Good recipes to show how it works. Would love to add this to my kitchen.

It looks like a pretty good mixer. It can tackle basic mixing with effeciency. A bit loud, but my sister's KitchenAid is really loud right now. Think it needs to be greased or something. But yeah I could certainly whip up some cakes and buttercream in this baby 😉

This mixer looks amazing!! I would absolutely love to win this amazing mixer!! I'm a Mom of 3, who constantly struggles with chronic pain due to having RA caused by having lupus. I love cooking but am very limited on what I can make as my hands are constantly in pain, and I only have a hand mixer. I love that this mixer is cheaper and much lighter than the kitchenaid ones. Those Vivos are very affordable, however I would worry about durability and longevity. I have a Kitchenaid and 15 years later it is still in good shape, although I need to replace the speed control switch.
Thumbs up for VIVO HOME STAND MIXER, since Im starting baking and make chocolate frosting using wire whisk is too hard. Hopefully there will also be winners abroad. Thanks for all your recipes and God bless.❤

Love that there’s another option for a decent mixer, besides the super pricey ones. Also, the splash guard is a nice addition. I’m sure it will get a lot of use with the upcoming holidays (and just on a regular basis for someone with a cookie addiction 😉).

Thank you for this review. Such a big difference in price and I'm convinced that this would be a good buy for myself or to gift. Also, the difference in weight is nice. I'm always moving my other stand mixer from one counter to another to use and that's my least favorite part.
