You have to earn enough completion points to buy an ability called the “limit breaker”.

By beating the game and going to the hide out where the save icon is shown and you can get the costueme or you just don't go to the store of the mission.

basically, premium adventure (ya beat the game and still get to play on the same save, it allows you to pick some pretty cool outfits)

@@felixf-mk7cf it's cause you probably haven't talked to some clown (literally). He's always by the CP shrine, you can claim some uh, cool stuff in there, including the outfits.

Kiryu’s original suit is story progression based, this is probably a NG+ playthrough, Kiryu’s original black suit is never seen again after chapter 5
