Pyi Mai seems to be comfortable and accepting of most any Nanny. However, her mom seems more relaxed with D Max and that is very good. Thank you for sharing these wonderful videos.🤗💓🐘

Lol Pyi Mai thinks she is Fah Mai trying to tuck Lek under her, D Mak will make a good replacement for Sri Nuan. Sri Nuan will have enough on her trunk with Wan Mai, maybe that is why Wan Mai was not receptive of Pyi Mai because she had to share her nanny as Sri Nuan was with her when she first arrived at ENP my opinion only. Happy families all around🥰🐘🥰
Aww this will be so good for DMak too. Saw in a video it didn't work too well when tried to bring WanMai and PyiMai to play/Nanny issue. Plus Sri Nuan could use a rest. LOL 💜🐘🤗 🙏🏽 Lek We love you 🙏🏽
How i love watching these little ones, Pyi Mai and Wan Mai playing in the water, the food and wallowing in the mud, while mamma and nanny watch over her as they too enjoy the mud.I just adore their happy smiley faces as they relax, but always on the lookout should the little one wanders off ( as she does lol )
It was really encouraging seeing Kham Moon so relaxed and even leaving Pyi Mai with D Mak to go off to the scratching post. And then, when she came back she started acting upset, slapping the ground with her trunk and doing all that honking to keep Pyi Mai close to her. D Mak froze at first and started moving very gingerly. Then Kham Moon took off with Pyi Mai by herself, leaving D Mak behind and D Mak became unsure of herself and didn’t know what to do. Maybe Kham Moon has some emotional wounds from her past treatment. I hope they will heal.
I'm so happy Pyi Mai will get her own nanny. She seem very nice. I never seen Pyi Mai's mom roll all over in the dirt before. She must of got excited to trumpet. 💖

Actually the camera focuses on KHAM MOON. DEE MAX is not really nannying at all. DEE MAX has a much longer trunk than KM, plus an interesting forehead. Oh, yeah, DEE MAX is a thwacker!

In the wild all the adults take care of babies, the herds are usually related females so they are aunties and big sisters of babies anyway. More nannies the better! 😊🐘💗

As far as I can gather, helping the mother relax and have time for herself, and being a second carer for the baby. Pyi Mai will suckle from her, even if she has no real milk....to give comfort...Obviously a very caaring elephant system ! 🧡❤❤🐘❤❤🧡
