These loving animals are just so knowledgable, caring, loving, full of goodness. I started watching as many videos on elephants - big and little - and I fell in love with them. The babies crack me up. I can see why Mommas need a Nanny. LOL. Little elli's can get into everything and they get to nap. Just love all. 🙏🏻🐘🙏🏻🐘🙏🏻🐘🙏🏻🐘🙏🏻
I'm happy that so many women, like Lek and Adine ( HERD Elephant Orphanage South Africa), are rescuing, healing, raising and helping elephants relax/live in their own countries!
Have you checked out the Sheldrick Trust organization? They rescue orphans from the wild where moms have died, or been killed, and care for them until they gradually return to the protected wild. Also run by a woman!
@@britmom705 -- Thank you for the tip! I've read mention of "Sheldrick Trust" here and there. I've donated a bit to HERD (enough for a bottle of "milk" for Khanyisa), but giving some to Sheldrick and to Elephant Nature Park and whoever is helping Kaavan would be a good way to share whatever the US Govt thinks regular (non-banker, non-Wall Street) folks should be given as "stimulus". 🐘
@@debbys-abqnm4537 my family has adopted two orphans in my name, Larro and Naleku, and so I get sent monthly updates. They are a great organization. I read yesterday that, with other organizations, they have secured a corridor for elephants and other wildlife to move between reserves safely, protected from human development. And not only do they protect the babies, but when the babies eventually go back into the wild, at their own pace, they often come back with their new adopted herds to show off their own new babies. It is truly heartwarming.

Thank you Lek and Noelle and all the carers who give these magnificent animals the life they deserve. You can see and hear the love for them all in this happy sanctuary. ❤🐘🐘
Fantastic, a happy story! I love the way other elephants get excited to see the baby. They are incredible creatures which should be saved for ever. Thank you for the work you do in keeping these elephants safe.
🐘❤🐘❤Thank you Noelle for the rescue. Thank you Lek for your loving care. Thank God they were rescued from such a traumatic life. Now a loving caring life. I hope Wan Mai and Mae mai and Sri Suan will get along❤
OMG! Sooo much noise! And those rumbles! and ears flapping! and swooshing tails! They are all so excited I thought they will all burst through into the enclosure! Baby is tooooo cute! For believing people out there: You do know that REAL Angels are here with you, and sometimes they speak French , wear slags and blue tshirts..:-)))) We all can recognise them for the work they do! and for the love they show to all creatures in need..:-)))..I am soooo happy seeing this video! what a rescue!
I loooooove and adore elephants. An ele calf is always exceptionally endearing!! It's so soothing and you get a feeling of tranquility watching these magnificent creation of God.
This lovely mother and baby Mae Mai and Wan mai have I seen first time. It are my foster elphants. I am so glad to see this family in freedom. Thank you Lek to give us the opportunity for be a foster parent and more.
The peach fuzz on the baby’s face is adorable! How long does mom and baby have to be separated from the herd? Bless everyone for caring and loving the elephants. ❤️🐘🙏🏼
I watch these over and over. It's amazing how well they interact with the humans. The baby is so much fun to watch. He gets and swings his tiny truck back and forth. Adorable.
Such a happy event. I’m glad to see the mom and baby together. Usually a lot of rescues are baby elles alone who experienced the loss of the mom and suffer distress over it. I’m sure this time of their life is very important.
The babe will be spared from being forced through Phajaan/The Crush/Torture Training around the age of 5, which traditionally, all captive Asian elephants were forced through, which kills up to HALF of them. This babe will know only happiness and safety, peace, joy and family love. :)
Watching from Texas. Thank you so much Lek and Noelle for rescuing this beautiful baby Pee Mai and her mother. Also, best wishes to Soko (not sure of spelling) who will insure the safety of this little family. Looking forward to seeing more videos. God bless you all.
Elephants are my most favorite animal in the world I would give anything to be able to go there and have an Once in a life time chance to be able to get so close to elephants
Oh this is wonderful news, the baby would have had a horrible life, so happy that baby was able to stay with mum, I love how all the ‘aunties’ are so excited, happy squeaks, rumbles and other elephant noises. 💜🐘💜

Ça me repose .
Thank you so much for this beautiful long video introducing us to the new baby and mother. One day I will be able to donate as well as come visit I hope.
Donate or little help by watching the ads (do not skip ads on every video on their channel) so they could monetize the youtube videos, share this video to friends and family. Thank you
@@41mortiz Of course , I do . I've always wondered why most of the videos from EleFlix and Elephant News have little or no ads. Straight sponsorship seems to be the best way.
If her mother cant provide her with the milk she needs, will you supplement her milk with a formula to make sure she gets enough nourishment going forward ?
