The water in the colosseum and Gladiators fighting animals is history accurate. They use to do it according some history books. It is true? We never know .
Virtuocity with young Russell and Denzel is highly underrated for a sci-fi crime drama. It was our first introduction to the duo. So technically we saw both play hero cop to criminal gangster reversed. I want a third party with them on the same side blurring the lines for a bigger threat! While both still have it! Think think Pachino and DeNero on the same side. We need these as action movies to offset the heroes and comedy movies on the big screen!
Yes, besides the traditional combat, they also flooded the Colosseum with water and recreate "Naumachia" (naval combat). If only I was a fly on that Colosseum columns. It would of been quite the spectacle.
Who asked for this? I'm serious. This was a sequel that no one literally asked for. The trailer is awful, the movie is likely just going to be a retread of the first one. There is literally no point in this existing. At all.
