It took me only 5611 days to reach the Monolith. Quite a journey, eh? I have used the same math and approach as in Rachegeist fight to compensate the loss of Indomitable in form of pure damage. The main idea is to do two round swings after recovery, and finish the priority targets with the second swing. I am really starting to feel like an heavy armored orc berserker now. WHO EAT MAH SHROOMS? I want to listen to Infected Mushroom now. Goddamn greenskins.
General Strategy:
Find high advantage spot on the edge of the map. Pray to Davkul that you don't get pushed from it. Focus necrosavants first, and dont forget to shake the hands with the Emperor of Mankind when he comes to greet you personally. He is a nice dude (he can chop off your head in 2 turns). Imagine yourself as an Attack Helicopter. Proceed to spin. Recover. Become a Whirlwind. Experience grief and sadness that Reproach of the Old Gods doesn't apply lighting strikes on Riposte anymore. Enhale stinky miasma for 30 minutes. Thank Davkul that you are not in the Sunken Library right now. Reposition if needed. Pray to Davkul so that your helmet doesn't get destroyed.
Rip and Tear until it's done.
No cheats, mods or editors were used.

controlling durability use and also some weapons are better against single targets, some are better at defending, etc

i was also thinking about that. His out of combat Mdeff is 71. Lets say he max rolled Mdef at the start: 13 Lets also say, that he always max rolled mdef on every lvl up (chance of that happening is 0.001%): 10*3=30 Veteran lvls 11-33: 22*1=22 Sure footing: 5 Gifted: 3 -> 73 Seems highly unlikely. Theoreticly he could use another Gifted with Perk reset potion from Kraken. But his Fatigue and Resolve is also very high. Fatigue: 162 free Fatigue. Considering all the gear (No Bags an Belts): -8 for Sword, 0.5*-16=-8 for Axe, 0.5*-9=-4 for Hammer, -32 Armor, -20 Helmet --> -72 Fatigue This means, he has 234 Fatigue completly unequipped Starting Fat: 100 Lvl up is rather easy as we got 2*: 10*4=40 Veteran lvls: 22 Gifted: 4 -> 166 We are missing 67 Fatigue. No idea where those should come from. Resolve: 150 out of combat Max Starting Res: 45 Lvl up is rather easy as we got 2*: 10*4=40 Veteran lvls: 22 Drunkard: 5 Arena: 10 Access.: 10 Gifted: 4 Brain dmg?: cant see in the screenshots/video: +15% -> 156.4 (if braindmg) When considering that we also have to take some points in HP to reach the 81 this all seems very unlikely. Except he farmed a ton of Krakens and skilled gifted over and over. But maybe i am missing something.

@@lasttobi1219your brothers can gain a unlimited amount of fatigue from specific even which can you give 1-3 fatigue each time.( Sorry for my bad english)
