Ellen asks Gladys to address the rumors that she isn't real, and tries to draw a sketch of her. One things for sure- Gladys is definitely real. Real funny.
There are millions of people just like Gladys. Go to an assisted living or a nursing home. Visit an elderly person. I once met a 92 year old lady who was talking to me about the first time she broke her wrist riding on a horse drawn plough and she was telling the story while playing with her iPad. Amazing.
Glady's is most definitely real! I live in Austin and she calls the radio stations and she also is on commercials for a local BBQ restaurant only cause she left a message for them that was hilarious! Love her!! :)
false. austin resident here as well. gladys is not real: -the austin american statesman investigated and found no record of a gladys hardy in austin or it's surrounding areas. -there is much speculation that klbj is behind it all, as gladys has called in there before as well -the rudys bbq commercial you're talking about contains no image of gladys, still only her voice (it's on youtube everybody) -if she was real we would have seen a picture by now -another possible prankster behind gladys is scott hardy, a comedian who has done voice work on larrythecableguy albums and is referenced often on the gladys website
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5w4RIFxaAg0.html I think she is real possibly and the grandmother of Scott hardy she sounds similar to on Ellen although being on a gladys marathon now I think a couple video call didn’t sound like her and someone voice, could be microphones/ volume
My grandma is 95 she just turned 95 last month and she drives, walks, swims, is sharp as a tack and says the sweetest things in the world. When she is angry she says...20 lashes with a wet noodle!! Old time words and values and BLESS HER HEART my grandma rocks and if Gladys is real then awesome and if she's not then okay....she still makes us laugh!!!! :)
She is seriously so one of a kind and we got a major great exemple we can learn from! Especially the one were she protects the uniqueness of being centered by staying at home and let the media(rage) and all of that out of her side 🙏🏻 bless her heart
"Laughter and love are real". I adore Gladys! She needs her own XM radio station or something?! I'd listen to her every day in the car on the way to work. She always brings a smile to my face!!! God bless her.
I like Gladys, she is hilarious, and she brings back memories and down home values of a generation of which many have passed on, and of a particularly fine, caring, practical, strong minded, generous, outspoken, individualistic and special lady with old time Iowa roots who lived fully to 93 years on the West Coast, was sharp as a tack until she passed away, and I was very fortunate to have as a friend.
I made it to 2:16, and then I started crying. Personality-wise, Gladys doesn't really remind me of my grandma (whose name was also Gladys), but the love that comes through that personality makes me feel warm inside. I would definitely get along with this Gladys. She is the best!! I wish I knew her, but I guess part of the magic is not meeting people sometimes.
Who really cares if Glady's is real or not she's hialrious & make a lot people laugh... it's not really that serious, the things people need to focus on & be concerned with they aren't....
gladys is a comedian scott hardy from austin his page is on youtube and if you go through his videos you'll even find a "phone call" with his gran gladys
