I dont know if this would change the build or not, but many judges are rulling that you can cast X spells with glarb if X would make the mana value be 4 or more.
I played him in a semi competitive setting recently with counterbalance and Valley Floodcaller and it was a blast! Need to tweak the deck some but it worked well for a first draft.
Something ive always wondered is why we talk about the converson percentage to top 16 instead of percentage of tournimwnts won. Is converson percentage just more accurate?
