For the benefit of those who are devoid of humour or perhaps English, this is comedy, not an actual police encounter. We Scottish have perfected comedy to the point that we can make ourselves laugh at what appears to be a serious situation. So if you think it’s all just guttural gibberish, then trot on, you dobber. 😂

Unfortunately, the "testers of boundaries" end up killing more people than themselves. I think the Police should have laughed at him 😂 and got him to sign a dispensation contract to say he had been warned of the danger of his action to himself (1), the likelyhood of innocent parties being injured or killed as a result of his actions(2), Fine him for not using a safetybelt while travelling in a car, the bike frame being a fixed part of the car and could be considered as"insecure fixation of transport goods"...and helmet if that is the law for bicyclists. There must be lots more. Come on, you guys. This is stuff for a Carnival or Mardi Gras or Circus. Even they have to be covered by insurance policies. I bet he didn't have one that would cover his actions of double dinking on the top of a car.

Everything from the radio model the shoulder number and uniform is hilariously accurate and you can tell it’s been advised by police Scotland employees. It’s hilarious that people don’t think this is a tv program and go on to say that the police in the video are unprofessional😂.
