In this video, we will take a look at some of the Glass Gem Corn that was harvested in October 2020. What started off as a small patch of corn in 2017 has now grown to about a quarter acre. I have been selecting and saving our seeds since 2017. If anyone is interested, I can post a video on how I save the seeds, just let me know! Thanks for watching.

This kind of corn is also edible, even the purple/blue corn is higher in antioxidants than yellow/white corn.

Beautiful looking corns. Can we boil them?
@ChristasGarden
@ChristasGarden 3 года назад
I think you could maybe roast them or boil them if you picked them early, before the kernels start to dry. They wouldn't be as colorful at that point and they definitely won't be very sweet. Maybe somebody with some experience with this can chime in?
