I have been doing this for thirty years, a lot of things have changed since i started in this trade. It is what i do, i Have no plans to change now.

Do you need to put spacers on the bottom?

When installing backsplash on drywall. Is it best to use backing boards?

Why in the hell would you grout the tiles with the outlet covers installed. Seems like a shortcut too me buddy. Other then that great work.

Is that sanded grout or non sanded??

With the outlet cover plates on?? Really?? Cutting corners to save a minute or two at its finest!
