One of my favorite fan-theories about this movie is that the actual Mona-Lisa wouldn't burn in the way the movie shows it, and so the idea is that the Louvre made Miles pay to borrow a replica because in what world would they trust him to house the world's most famous painting. Proving once again how much of an idiot Miles is 🤣
So many cameos : Stephen Sondheim, Angela Lansbury, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Natasha Lyonne, Ethan hawke , Joseph Gordon-Levitt is the hourly dong, yo-yo ma, Hugh grant , Serena! For the next one i want his partner in the investigation to be Hugh grant. Like they go away for a couples weekend and a murder happens
I feel like Miles did exactly the right thing with the new fuel. He wired up his own place first. Like I'm sure one day they'll have nuclear powered homes - you can bet I'm gonna wait till the people who create it are hooked up.

I love this movie, and the first one, SO MUCH. It would literally be such an awesome idea for the 3rd movie to be standalone too, and then a fourth movie would connect all three together by having Martha, Andi and other characters return for a final epic crossover mystery😱

I prefer the first blanc film as a murder mystery tbh because I feel like the diary blocking the bullet cop out sucked the whole enjoyment out of the mystery, but as a comedy, it works really really well on satirising all the power imbalances especially during the covid period. It's a little optimistic in terms of the ending but I really enjoyed your reaction of the movie ❤
