Gligar was nerfed in the recent Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC so I decided to draft it anyways and use it in todays Pokemon Draft League Wi-fi Battle! Week 5 of the P4G Low Tier Draft League and we take on CBAD. Is Gligar still good? Or is it unusable?
