It depends on the weather conditions. In fog it's almost unusable but other conditions it can give more situational awareness. There's a whole SOP section however on the use of EVS with specific calls and procedures if it's going to be used

57 bpm 😂 but seriously like i mentioned earlier having solid backup plans help. The other thing is we listen to other aircrafts arriving before us. They make it, so we're pretty sure we will too

Global Life Yes we usually have a lot of clients land for the Open golf or Dunhill championships there. We call it Billionnaire row due to the amount of aircraft parked up for the week. It is usually booked through the Kohler experience. Cheap fuel and landing fee’s if you want to pop in sometime. St andrews is great for Golf, whiskey and the Scottish weather 😁. We also get the USAF in to sample the local delicacies and use the area for “routine training” 😁
