His bar "I stay outta beef in the reef but, if we surf and turf imma make sure you get done well" is saying he stays out of beef, but the Surf and Turf is usually crab with steak, Mr. Krabs is a crab. When he says "imma make sure you get done well", well done is a steak option usually the most cooked it can get without burning it. In summary this bar means he will stay out but if Mr krabs or plankton beefs with him, he finna cook them
