Hello! I just made these tonight and I am BLOWN away. Wonderful recipe!!! I have loved these bars for years, and now finally I can have them again. Thanks for posting the recipes you do, and for putting in the work! It makes such a difference in our gluten free lives! PS: I was in a time pinch and used King Arthur’s Gluten Free All Purpose Mix, and accidentally used the zest of a whole orange for the batter ( just added some extra flavor to the batter which I personally loved! ) but then I ran out of zest for the icing, so I opted to use orange extract ( I had it in my cupboard! about 1/4th teaspoon and then added 1/8th teaspoon) and it still turned out perfect! 🎉
