Hi there! I'm Kim with Let Them Eat Gluten Free Cake. I'm a gluten free food blogger with Celiac who is on a mission to recreate all the things I miss from back when I could still eat gluten. I hope you find something that can bring back some of those things that YOU have missed as well!

This is a top notch recipe, my family who can eat gluten prefer this over any pizza we eat anywhere else. My husband usually gets an upset stomach from pizza sauce so I make the sauce for it as well and he has no issues ever now. Of course for this I am grateful because I can control the quality of the ingredients and also eat an amazing gluten free pizza but the negative is they ask me for it a few times a week now! 😂❤ Thank God for this recipe, it’s delicious and easy to make, and it’s gluten free so I can enjoy it with everyone. It is so good. I haven’t had a single recipe of yours fail Kim. You give fantastic tips and advice so we can succeed! Thank you! Please write a book!!!!! I pray that whatever your heart desires, God wills it for you! ❤❤
Oh, this is an older video where I didn't state the amounts in my recipes (I list ingredients now in all my videos). However, you will ALWAYS find the link to the recipe in the description box below every one of my videos. I would never put a recipe out there without actually sharing it in some way or another because, you're right, it's basically useless without it. 🥰
I’m going to be trying this recipe soon. I’ve been trying other recipes with no success and giant holes or a dense gummy base. Sometimes I don’t know why I strayed from your recipes. I am highly curious and like to experiment but I should not have bothered. I’m really looking forward to trying this recipe for a full sized loaf that is going to be affordable to make
I made ravioli chees sauce with your recipe. I had already made a gluten free pasta dough from another site. The dough was not easy to work with. lesson learned. I made the dough again and used your recipe. It was easy to work with. We had them for dinner tonight. I left the dough a bit thick. I'll be brave and try running through the pasta roller a bit thinner. Thank you. My wife loved them.
Thank you soo much. I saw you recipe last week, and I tried it today. It came out soo good. I didn't use the cream cheese. But it came out soo good. Thanks again ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Doing it wrong? Haha! Whatever. Who made you the chocolate covered strawberries police? I know how to temper chocolate. I prefer ganache. This is how you learn to be a decent human being--stop commenting on things that bother you and just move along.
This is called a Rough Puff Pastry dough. The butter is added into the flour and allowed to remain chunky & cold, rather than added in closer to room temperature into already mixed dough where it is also rolled into each laminate. This chunky way is much easier for anyone who is new to puff pastry dough making.
I have a rough puff pastry on my blog, but this one is a little different. It has yeast in it and eggs, so it's a crescent dough (like the one that comes in the can). It makes for a softer pastry instead of a crunchy one.
Estou no Brasil, grande abraço.
Croissants & biscuits…I have gone without since bring GF for over a decade. I would rather go without than settle for, “It’s GF, you can’t expect it to be as good as the real thing”. I’m so thankful I found your site. Why has it taken so long?
Is there a recipe you recommend for trying to make Bolillos? It’s the Mexican version of French bread. I’m Mexican, diagnosed celiac 2 years ago…I miss bolillos so much!! Thank you so much for this recipe!! ❤
I just found your channel!! I immediately subscribed. I was wondering if this recipe can be made into personal pizzas and frozen, so all you have to do is take it out and bake it.
Looks unbelievably good! Kim, at our house grilled PB&J is a tradition. Chunky PB and either grape jelly or strawberry jam 😋 you gotta try it!! (Made just like a grilled cheese)
I'm English and i always add an egg as it tastes so much nicer.I am going to try this recipe ss I can't have gluten.Every gluten free recipe I've tried so far has been vile.I will keep you updated.
