Crock Pot Mexican Chicken
My family loves this dish so much! I love how easy it is to dump into the crock pot and set for 6 hours. This made leftovers and feed us 2 nights in a row.
Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breast
24 oz jar of salsa
15 oz can of black beans (drained)
15.25 oz can of corn (drained)
white rice of your choice (I made 2 cups of jasmine rice)
shredded cheese
tortilla chips
cilantro and jalapenos (optional)
Cook on low for 6 hours.
