In this FUT Talks interview, Mette-Marie, owner of HUG Bageri in Copenhagen, explains how she found out she couldn’t eat gluten and how she changed her life and adapted her profession to make it compatible with gluten-free baking. Actually, she wrote a gluten-free recipes book and founded a gluten-free bakery offering organic gluten-free food in Copenhagen. Their products are delicious, with a wide assortment offering also gluten-free typical danish food which is also lactose free.
