Gluten free, Veggie Spaghetti Bolognese with turkey mince

This is a great weight loss gluten free spaghetti bolognese.
I make the sauce with fresh turkey breast mince, onion, garlic, oregano and basil mixed with chopped tomato. The spaghetti is courgette (zucchini) on a splash of olive oil with salt and onion powder to season. ( You can even use Butternut Squash if you prefer).
Weight watchers would love this as normal red meat and spaghetti is 29 points or more whereas this is only 4 points. super healthy and totally delicious

You are right ...I bought a spiralicer and no one that I found tells you how to properly cook the veggies . Your way makes the courgette taste absolutely delicious. I used tofu instead of meat and freaked out ...Thank you !
