I did one RU-vid workout from him and let’s just say it put me out for a few days! Nobody could touch my legs nor glutes because of the PAIN! But I’m gone do it again. ❤❤❤ please recommend good pre and post workout drinks especially for recovery! I wasn’t ready!

For those of you worried about knees over toes: These are knee bends he's performing not squats. Theyre actually beneficial for knee strength. Note the form he holds when he descends and that his heel is almost constantly off the floor. The glutes are in focus.
