Bro The reason for Hypertriglyceridemia .. in cori disease. During starvation in cori their is fasting hypoglycemia.tht stimulate glucagon enzyme production from pancreas this glucagon act on adipocytes lipase enzyme this results in adipose tissue lipolysis leads to increase in triglyceride..
