I have a 2011 Malibu LTZ 3.6 and I need to replace the sparkl plugs as well looks like will be doing it my self thanks to your video so thank you so much but I went to 2 mechanics they want to charge me 300 to $600 to replace the back three they’re out of their mind
would you be willing to make a video or explain the last part you said about a clunking noise from the sway bar bushing?? my 2010 has had a clunking noise coming from that very location and ive always wanted to know how to fix it or if i could fix it myself, or what the cost of something like that would be to fix it in a shop?
I turned down replacing the rear sway bar bushing(s). This was a customers car. It's fairly rusty underneath and I didn't want to deal with broken bolts. They took it to a dealer and were quoted over $1000 to replace the bushing iirc, so they never got replaced. From what I remember, I could see one bolt holding the bracket/bushing in place but to get to it might be a bigger job requiring either dropping the fuel tank or suspension crossmember. I might offer to give it a try next time I'm doing work on it. It could be easier if you could find another way(not removing anything else).
How the hell did you get to that last plug and coil?? I just finished the first 5 and I can't even see the last one under all those hoses and crap! Man, I hate sideways engines. My wife's car, my job. What a PITA!!
