Hello, I'm a new web developer so please don't mind if my question is dumb. How exactly does node.Js performs the task in the background. I mean suppose it has to do some I/O operations so it doesn't wait there and continues to execute the remaining code. But then how is the I/O operations are done in the background? Isn't that needs to be done by other thread/process? How exactly is it done?
And you ask that question under the golang video? XD JS is single threaded. It uses event loop. MDN article on this topic is pretty good, so I advice you to look it up
