One of the common mistakes made by goalkeepers is not having a retroverted pelvis, which provides greater benefits for balance in the water and for performing quick movements, such as jumping and making saves. Here are some exercises where we'll see how difficult it is to train this aspect. I would like to thank goalkeeper coach Umberto Panerai for his collaboration on the video and for his helpful advice.
