During our festival like Ganesh chaturthi we do not add onions otherwise we can use it.... If u fry coconut then it tastes good.... Tephal you can add in khatkhate if adding pumpkin pieces 👍
This is not Goan khatkhate. It may be called as mixed veg. Patal bhaji. Because we gain people never add fried onion , coconut gratings and Haram masala to khtkhate. .
