Goan Jackfruit cake also known as Ponsache #Dhonos/Mandos. Made with Goan par boiled rice, ripe jackfruit bulbs, fresh coconut and jaggery floured with freshly ground cardamom powder and fresh tumeric leaves. It is traditionally either baked or steamed. It is so soft delicious and perfect for tea time.
