@AishasCookeryKitchen note: use same measuring cup to measure ingredients like rava, sugar, water, milk and ghee I have used 1/4 cup of ghee (4 tbsp).
It looks so smooth and creamy. We usually add the ghee, sugar, color and cardamom to the water and boil and then add the rawa. But I'd like to try this method. Looks like the milk is a great addition to the recipe. Will definitely try.
