Someone with OCD here! I relate a lot to Punpun’s intrusive thoughts throughout the manga. It can be very exhausting when you have this voice bombarding you with unwanted thoughts or images. Thankfully, I don’t personify it as God! Lol!

There's very few occasions where a comical image like that could be made into an anxiety inducing figure.

I always thought that he had ocd.. it’s one of the reasons I’ve always related to him.. l think he has bpd too.. which I also have.. I know he’s a bad person, but I relate to him so much. I’m in psychotherapy now and getting help but I’ve done some pretty horrible things. My disorders don’t justify them.. but this manga always made me feel seen as much as I hate to say that..
