No it’s just an indication of mental Illness
@danielbrowniel

God helped me out of mental illness. I was locked up for 8 weeks, they let me out, I was still messed up. After praying, asking for Help, it was immediate. All the creepy stuff I was experiencing stopped.
@Mymle
@Mymle 11 месяцев назад
Might I ask what kind of mental illness you were struggling with. And have the thoughts disappeared or do you think it had a spiritual cause ?
@danielbrowniel
@danielbrowniel 11 месяцев назад
@@Mymle I can't be perfectly certain of what caused it. I think a great deal of it was spiritual because while I was in that place, there was external intimidation coming from other people. I work at urgent care and I would often run into strangers who from my perspective had some demons of their own. (and I know people sometimes behave strangely but I have been in this industry for 7 years, I have seen the most of it) Anyways, here is a non spiritual part. I have chronic back pain and the stress from working through covid made me want to get a medical marijuana card. So I was vaping on my days off, quite a lot. I'm not unexperienced with marijuana so I didn't think it would effect me. After about 3-4 months of that I started to feel different, notice things I never noticed before. Have creepy experiences with people I don't know and some people I do know. I immediately stopped vaping and threw my card away. I think it's important to understand that when I was put into the hospital (for about 40 days on 2 occasions separated by a week of being out), I was medicated and it didn't help at all. They let me go, 2 times and both times I was still in that state of mind and still experiencing creepy things with strangers. And it was like, at the time I still believed in God and trusted God but I was extremely confused and trying to help myself by looking into meditation and spiritual stuff that is very very distant from true Christianity. I felt like such a fool for waiting to ask God for help. I'm not much of prayer and never have been, but when I asked for help, it was immediate. I had this loud internal voice, very similar to the ordinary thoughts that would go through ones mind but these were easier to focus on, sometimes the thoughts seemed foreign, from something else. And it was weird, getting used to that for a few months and then it abruptly leaving me. Anyways, I'm grateful. I highly recommend to anyone who is going through anything, depression, suicidal thoughts, mania, relationship challenges. Keep taking the medications you need, just ask God for help.

I had mental illness i guess "mine" was creepy too because I was very lousy loud as a boy aged 8 I was very violent I remember and all of a sudden I didn't at age 11. And I heard a demon or Satan laugh at me. I don't feel mentally ill right now but I think it's because I pray every time I can think of praying to God for my family.

After watching this I went around the internet searching for the original source video. In my search I was disheartened to find so many people criticizing this man. If any of you are doing the same, let me remind you that God can speak through a donkey, if He so chooses, and woe be upon anyone who rejects what God says for no better reason than what they think about the messenger He uses. This man was not expecting his 10 minute conversation to be subjected to such scrutiny. He was not standing behind a pulpit, a lectern, or a trophy. He was not claiming to be a theologian, an academic, or a person of distinction-so don't put those standards on him. Doing so is unfair, unkind, and disrespectful. He was just trying to have a meaningful talk with somebody in a brief window of time. Don't call his belief into question over 10 minutes of testimony. This man was doing what 1 Peter 3:13-16 talks about. This was a hope encounter moment. Not every hope encounter ends with a salvation. And that's ok. The man already said it; "It's a journey." Don't scoff about there being no trees when the seed has only been planted for 10 minutes.

Yes!!! I totally caught on to that. He said at the age of 6! Wow so Gods plan and purpose is greater than what we ever imagine or come to understand. What a blessing for that man. He accomplished his desire through Gods plan and purpose. Because imagine if he would’ve been at a church, he would have only preached to a small community of people, but in this way where he is at now if he wasn’t to be where he was then he couldn’t have preached to millions like you just said so that’s so cool. 🥹❤️Gods love is sooooooo good

Hey brother, I was in prison in central Florida when I heard someone yelling, the entire yard heard him, but he wasn't yelling, he was preaching to the top of his lungs. It was some of the most powerful words I'd ever heard up to that point in my life. Some were laughing, some mocking, some unaware, & some didn't care at all. All I could think was this man definitely knew his Bible. In fact some of the most powerful words I've ever heard in my life even to this very day has been from men in prison!

This reminds me of a recent meeting of my own. I was sitting in a parking lot with a freshly bought bottle of ice-cold water. I look up and see and old man (he later told me he was 61) call out to me asking if I had anything to drink. Knowing I was right where I would hope to be in such a moment, I offered the bottle and a $20 to get him something to eat. When he told me how “great and sweet” I was - I was naturally elated to be presented with an opportunity to give God that glory and credit. When I responded, he got the biggest smile on his face and just started talking about how blessed he was for knowing the name of Jesus. We stood there and talked for almost 10 minutes before I had to go. Wherever you are now Mr. Randy…I’m still thinking of you and praying for you! Stay safe out there and stay true! You blessed me more than I ever thought I’d be able to help you! 🙏🏻✝️❤️

In 2018, my battle with depression started. I was completing my postgraduate diploma in accounting, and it was the hardest year of my life. At the start of the year, I was doing well, but around March or April I started experiencing severe symptoms of depression. I was not aware it was depression at the time, because I did not take mental health very seriously. I was actually extremely insensitive about the topic of mental health. My depression got so bad that I physically could not bring myself to study. People who do not understand mental health will think that I was just being lazy, but I could not focus, I was always tired, my memory was so terrible that I could not even answer someone's question without having them repeat the question because I would forget what they asked me as I was trying to answer them. This greatly affected my ability to study to the point that I stopped studying completely halfway through the year because I would forget the sentence I was reading as soon as I moved on to the next sentence. This meant that even when I tried to study, I could not. I remember constantly crying and praying for God to help me. On the mornings I had to go in to write my finals, I told the Lord that I am trusting Him. I was walking into the exam room, with nothing but faith and hope because I had no knowledge in my head. Through the grace of God, I still passed & graduated that year. I remember it was the first time I ever cried when I received my results because I never had to worry about school until 2018. I suffered with depression until the beginning of 2020 because I could not take it anymore. I went to see my doctor & told him what was happening with me, and he sent me to see a psychologist where I was formally diagnosed with clinical depression. I had other health issues such as vitamin deficiencies due to poor diet, but even after taking supplements, I was still feeling severely depressed. All I wanted to do was sleep. I lost a lot of weight because I was not eating. Just getting up out of bed felt like the hardest thing to do. After seeing the psychologist, I did not want to take antidepressants because of my personal feelings about mental health, but my mother sat me down and told me to try it. It worked and I was taking it for almost 3 years. Fast forward to 2023, I am not longer on antidepressants, I am no longer depressed, I started taking my walk with God more seriously and I have such peace in my heart. Looking back, I can see that I was arrogant about my ability to succeed & excel in academics. So much so that I neglected my walk with the Lord. This experience was the Lord's way of humbling me and showing me that it was Him all along. The gifts I had were His and not mine. He was the reason for my success. I felt the need to share my story on this video because the preacher mentioned the two verses that carried me through that entire experience: Proverbs 3:5-6 New King James Version 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. 2 Corinthians 12:9 New King James Version 9 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Today, I thank God for the experience because it has made me a better person & a better Christian. The Lord opened my eyes to see the world very differently. As painful as it was, I would go through it again just to become the person I am today.

I've been around so many people, from so many different backgrounds, ethnicities, immigrants and non-immigrants, and found it to be pretty unusual to hear profanity, even in casual conversation, from just about everybody. Yes, but we have to get out the anger and frustration somehow as well. I have a punching bag that I can use at home and taking a walk is good as well. I think we show a testimony to others how we choose to let our the anger and frustration. We cannot just hold it in and never let it out, it can explode when it comes to much then. We are not perfect and a life with the Lord will not be perfect either. I recently heard in a sermon that when the apostles and Jesus were out on the water with the boat, and he fell asleep and a storm came. They got scared, and understandably so, when a storm comes in your life, it can feel very shaky, especially when water starts filling the boat you standing in. Jesus haven't promised us to not go through storms. BUT He has promised to be there WITH us during the storms! He is the anchor that holds the boat at its place during the storm. If you let loose of the anchor, and you have lost the steering, the boat will be steering away by its own and you will lose orientation. Always hold that chain to the anchor, never let go of God ❤️

@thecrew777
@thecrew777 11 месяцев назад
He was more than "instrumental". To back up your thought, try this on for size: "Luke 7:24-28 24 After John’s messengers left, Jesus began to speak to the crowd about John: “What did you go out into the wilderness to see? A reed swayed by the wind? 25 If not, what did you go out to see? A man dressed in fine clothes? No, those who wear expensive clothes and indulge in luxury are in palaces. 26 But what did you go out to see? A prophet? Yes, I tell you, and more than a prophet. 27 This is the one about whom it is written: “‘I will send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way before you.’ 28 I tell you, among those born of women there is no one greater than John; yet the one who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.”

Deprivation cultivates an attitude of gratitude. The other day I was waiting to pay for some groceries. I overheard the cashiers talking. One asked the other if she was still enjoying the job. She replied that it’s boring and tiring. I immediately thought: How ungrateful! There are so many who would love that job. God immediately convicted me and I realised that we Christians can be like this too. Always whining: Lord, please get me this job, then I’ll be happy. If only I can get pregnant, I’ll be happy. If only I could get a new car …… The more we have, the more we want. HIS GRACE IS ENOUGH! Every day we wake up, we need to thank God for our salvation because an eternal gift deserves eternal gratitude.

It is also the most profound sermon I heard. And not just the most powerful. But even looking at it technically everything he says are more of less quotes from the Bible, scattered throughout the Bible, and he (knowingly of unknowlingly) strings them together completely naturally. And not just in a prepared ongoing speech/sermon but even in a 'unprepared' conservation going back and forward.

There is an expression that people use in church: holy fool- it’s a person who is being very humble and pretends to be crazy, but speaks the knowledge of God… in the old centuries, we used to have people like this. These days, it’s a very rare appearance.

Your observation at 9:27 made me think of Proverbs 30:8-9: 8 Remove far from me falsehood and lying; give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with the food that is needful for me, 9 lest I be full and deny you and say, “Who is the Lord?” or lest I be poor and steal and profane the name of my God. Thanks for the video. It is humbling indeed.

Hebrews 13:1Continue in brotherly love. 2Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it. 3Remember those in prison as if you were bound with them, and those who are mistreated as if you were suffering with them.…

I wish people did that often. like you said pains and trials and hard ships are key if determined my God to be who he wants you to. its good to know that im not the only one going through the same mess as me.

This video was such a blessing to see. Before I was even born again I would go out in the streets of Jacksonville to talk with people just like this man, and was blown away to see that they knew God in a way that I didn’t understand at the time. I thought I knew God, but I didn’t trust Christ like I claimed to. Witnessing God fulfilling His promise “Seek first the kingdom of God and this righteousness and all these things will be added to you” back then in the lives of so many on the streets who are really going through it changed my life forever

The Word is incredible. I am still learning more about the simple verses that I thought I understood in first grade. "Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” Every day I am seeing the distraction that wealth brings me and my family. All my life I've been distracted by those things. But now I also see how poverty forces one to rely on somebody or some thing. And so we turn toward God for hope and help.

in 2023, some of the homeless are quite dangerous. I see them "exploding" often in the streets. I also remember giving money to a woman who in turn, threw it back at me. Her sign said: "anything will help"-- well, I guess I didn't give enough in her mind. Unfortunately now, I simply pray for them in silence. Glad this man knows God and his message is being well received.
