Nice work putting all this together. I have been following Fateless but missed a bunch of these champs so great to see them all in one vid. Hopefully you can get into the beta - I think you would be able to give them some great feedback.
20:53 they've mentioned in videos that it's just a placeholder and Excalibur will be a lot more impressive than that standard sword. Interesting takes on the character designs and great intro!
I didn’t know Jerry Lee was the companion of a one eyed Rune God, let alone accompanied by an another wolf/dog and two ravens. here I thought he was just a K-9 unit.
In Norse mythology, Geri and Freki are two wolves which accompany the god Odin. The Green Knight is Arthurian and is called The Green Knight. Read Sir Gwain and The Green Knight story, it's very good. Imhotep was one of only 2 humans to be deified in Egyptian times, and is an epic I believe, if memory serves me, but don't quote me on that lol. I agree with Odin to a point. He is depicted as an old man warrior, but his weapon was a lightening bolt and needs to change imo. The "guy on the left" looks like Androc without the helm. Brunhilda's shield would look better with wings at the sides. Ra and Rameses are my favourites. The Skeletal Lord has 3 dog heads, so is that meant to be Cerberus and Hades? Yong-wang remains a popular deity in Korea’s folk-shamanism as well as Buddhism. His most distinctive traits are that his beard, moustache and eyebrows are (usually) “spiky,” protruding in sharp points, sometimes resembling coral, and his eyes are often bulging out like those of a fish. He most often holds the banya-jinju, flaming pearl of wisdom, a type of ma-niju, but sometimes a branch of coral or a sword. Often in his altar-painting enshrined in Buddhist temples, Gwanse-eum- bosal, Avalokitesvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, is seen in the background, next to or riding upon a dragon. e is a water spirit. Great opening vid.
Odins weapon is not lightning but a spear called Gungnir. I really like this Odin as I think he should be an old warrior. However I would like for his ravens, Hugin and munin, to be alive instead of just their skulls being a part of his armor.
@@andreasgunstedt Yes his weapon was called Gungir (Spear of Heaven) and is similar to Poseidon's trident. He used it to create Asgard, and was in the shape of a "lightening bolt" (prongs), not that he cast lightening. It was a misspeak and was meant to say "shape of a..." and he threw it as if casting lightening. It never missed it's mark and always killed whoever he threw it at. This is in many sagas that he is in when depicted in his warrior tales and not his fatherly ones where his staff hung above his throne in plain view of his power and might and could be called to hand instantaneously, unlike Thor's hammer (Mjölnir) that had to travel through time and space to him. Thank you for pointing out my error. Edited this in because I forgot lol... Yes, he was mostly shown as an old warrior and is very fitting. The Ravens Huginn and Muninn may yet play a part in Raid sometime in the future. Afterall, we have Valkenan, who is Bad El before he became Bad El, so having them added later to Skinwalkers may yet happen🤞
Please go back and watch the Fateless vids on The Avalon Faction are Raising the Bar, This is Incredible and This is amazing for more characters. You are still missing more to review in a part 2 . Keep going:)
6:18 Geri, and I assume Freki too. the two wolves always by odin’s side along side the two ravens Húgin and Múnin. Try not to get them confused with "Skol and Hati", those are two wolves that chase the sun (Sol) and the moon (Mani) round and round. Also try not to get them confused with "Fenrir and Garm" either, Fenrir is a child of Loki and will battle the Vengeful god "Vidar" to the death in Ragnarok and "Garm" is a pet of "Hel", another child of Loki and ruler of Helheim. That goes for Kaldur too, a companion of Skaði (the jótun goddess of skiing, the hunt, and winter).
The heart shaped blue pearl at the center of her top, (which Aphrodite is associated with pearls, it’s one one the tellings on how she was born), the dove feathers (in which Aphrodite is associated with doves), and she’s a blonde beauty, who else would it be?

23:05 that’s Hades (a champion) don’t you see the 3 dog heads (Cerberus, guard dog to the entrance of the underworld) as a belt buckle, Cerberus is almost always seen by Hades’ side.
Also that was Odin and I have to disagree with you, I think that that was a good fit for Odin, because he sometimes changes his appearance when he’s dealing with mortals and he doesn’t want them to know who he is. When he is disguising himself he looks like an old man with a large hat!
I would definitely change how wide the red cape on Anubis make him look super fat from the back lose the cape or thin it out looks a mess with the shoulder things 1 or the other
Looks like a lot of the champs need a little more detail on the armor. Their bodies look decently detailed but most of the armor is just flat until it hits a small design. Not really sure how to put it, but just looks not as developed as the other parts.
I dont know what is Im not a huge fan off the design ! Tbh Im disappointed ! Im 100% gonna play it and Im sure the gameplay and everything around is gonna be awesome with all these amazing ppl working on it. But the looks of the champs, graphics and all that…it doesnt ”wow” me !
I see in these games the unrealistic armor and think it's very nice artwork but silly. No one is going into battle with these massive shoulder things. Also, especially in RAID, I absolutely HATE all the blind champions! In real life there are a miniscule percentage of the population that are blind but in RAID it's like 10%. I think the stupid glowing eyes or just white eyes with no real eye balls is lazy and awful artwork. I think there's got to be differentiation of rares, epics, and legos and they're doing a fantastic job with that. Imhotep looks like a rare and Brunhilde looks like an epic.
This game looks trash. Hope these characters are nowhere close to being done. Kind of looks slapped together. This is just going to be a major cash grab I can already tell.
