Wanna use your Godox with your Rotolight? Or use your Rotolights with a Godox? Wanna learn how to combine your systems together using both older Rotolights AND the new Pro line? This is your video!!

In this video I use three different lights:
*Rotolight Aeos 2 Pro
*Rotolight Neo 3 Original
*Godox AD 600
I connect the Neo 3 Original using an external receiver. I then use the built in receivers on both the Aeos 2 Pro and the Godox AD600 to strobe the lights all together.

This is a great video. But Would be nice to take time to explain what we need to do on the menu settings for the older rotolight lights as well for the New rotolight pro light. As for the Godox light , a quick reminder for the channel ans group to make sure the trigger talks well with the Godox strobe. The rest of the video was informative. But the little details on how to setup in the menu for the older Rotolights would have been appreciated. Thanks for the video.

Godox cracking lights I changed over from Nikon strobes and lights years ago never looked back, never had an issue either great brand. Also how you getting on how is the hip coming along ? Hope you are well 😀👊👊👍👌

I guess I misunderstood something when AEOS2 came out. I thought it said that one can use even Neo2 with it as they can talk to each other. Does that only work with Elinchrome?

Yes. The Neo III and Aeos II have an Elinchrom receiver built in. These pro models have added receivers from other companies (which ones I don't know).

I have 3 Aeos no pro version (3 years old), and now I purchase a Westcott 2 light kit, the FJ400. The process you suggested is the same if I hook up my FJ and plug in the Westcott receivers that plug into the Aeos correct?

Hi I am just reading your comment. I own the FJ400 and I have purchased the aeos 2 pro and neo 3 pro and I thought I couldn’t use the Westcott with the rotolight but you are saying they can sync up. Would you be kind enough to explain in further detail how this works? Please!!

This is what he wants to do to make money… he opened my eyes to sony, using flash in general, etc. so i still watch his content because i like his style of photography. Yes the old content was better and more random with locations hed go to and what not.. but now hes out here trying to sell these lights to make money… pay him more than rotolight and maybe he will stop lol

Hi Rick, It’s so hard to get it right for so many people. People want free videos to be endless. The problem is it takes money to make the videos. And as much as you say every video is Rotolight, they aren’t. I’ve don’t videos on Godox, Stella, reviewing different focal length lenses, Godox, how to use a grey card etc just in the last few months. It really is hard to make everyone happy. But unless you’re independently wealthy, you gotta make money to produce content. You’ll see more Rotolight stuff coming ahead, hopefully you’ll stick around to see it and tell me what you think. Even this video is about Godox as well. Thanks for your support.

@@JasonLanierPhotography I understand. Having been an "ex" Fuji X photographer, I know the allure. Eventually, you will outweigh your value and will be cut loose from Rotolight. At this point you will have lured in thousands of fanboys into a crappy lighting system. Youll have to reflect into what you do best. Photography. Ive been with you since day 1. Stayed through the controversy. Even switched to Sony at one point seeing your results (I'm now Hassy and GFX). At some point in time, every man needs to take a long look in the mirror. Is this what you want to be known for? Your legacy? I'm certain I know the answer. So do you. Youre much better than this.
