My favorite part of the show is when they say they're going to do lettuce, sing a big song about lettuce, and then get so distracted by listener mail they forget about their salads entirely

Three Body Problem: the big question for me is whether D&D are going to realise halfway through that it’s actually a bit hard work adapting an epic book series and they should probably just wind it up early by doing the whole of the last book over a couple of half-hour episodes. With dick jokes.

I love it! You get James Acaster to be "Blegon Spengler" in the live action "The Real Ghostbusters" and the movie after that you incorporate the *_Extreme Ghostbusters_* to pad the roster even more. At the end of that movie you put a mid-credits scene connecting The Ghostbusters with *M.I.B* , start milking that old cow again. Pack this franchise with all the damn cameos they can!

Honestly everything they say about how they got so popular at 1:11:54 pretty much applies to why I started following them. I was still on the MCU hype train and watching multiple videos about Wandavision, but not only was their video funny, the editing was incredible and got me to laugh harder than the jokes. And when Marvel fell off, they just started talking about other things.

I had a great time with Godzilla x Kong. I was really thankful for all the times there could have been a dumbass human character explaining the actions of the monsters or how things like the ice titan being controlled worked but there wasn't. Just really good CGI monsters that told the story through acting.

Im wondering if Marvels woes are a result of Feige dropping the ball, Disney, or both because they really dis an excellent job of trail and error and kind of getting thw whole thing down for the first three phases wnd four even started out well but MAN it feels like a trained monkey could Have done better than the MCU...a couple of the scripts were RIDICULOUSLY bad and the continuity was COMPLETELY ignored..so someone REALLY REALLY screwed the pooch BAD

Has no one seen or noticed the similarities between KONGs new golden glove/mech glove and the “power claw/claw of leadership” liono has in thundercats. I bet that design was utilized as a reference so the same digital technology the creators of GXKNE can be used since it’s already been used in a way prior. Wingard was probably thinking preemptively if thundercats is indeed the guys new project and not a third G/K film immediately like last time with GvK

So if Peter Parker is detaching himself from being Peter Parker and focusing only on Spider-Man, isn't that what happened to Andrew Garfield's Peter that sent him down the dark path? That he effectively came back to save MCU Peter from by catching MJ and teaching MCU Peter how important brotherhood is and all of that? Like aren't they sort of giving TASM Peter's off-screen character arc to MCU Peter?

They need to reboot Pirates of the Caribbean because they have an iconic ride themed around a ticking time bomb for people realizing he is actually a horrible guy. Would it make more sense to just un-theme the ride? Yes. Is Disney run by competent people who would realize that? Well….

Other way around, the movie is themed for the ride. The Depp stuff mostly fell off and I don't think many people riding the ride (which is still immensely popular) particularly care about the Jack cameos.

Poor Don Simpson. He died after The Rock in 1996 and Michael Bay hasn't made a half-decent movie since then. And Bruckheimer has only had patches of quality. Simpson's headstone should say "He took our fun with him."
