It's definitely per reroll, I don't remember the exact science behind it because it gets quite complex.

@GoXDS You're ignoring all the other ways you can add to attack power. Aspect, chaos, hammers, other boons, infusions, etc. I was doing almost 2000 damage per attack with an aspect of Mel axe build and it wasn't anything unusual.

@@yadamspiezer Zeus attack and special is support boon. the biggest reason why zeus blitz is terrible is because you need to APPLY the curse than PROC the curse then reapply curse. The best way to think of Zeus is he is like hephaestus attack and special with no cooldown but he has inherent drawback of needing "double hits" and "unlimited attackspeed" to use it. So what in this game has continuously attack application to utilize blitz? so let go over places it can be selected for each weapon Aspect of Momus staff. You can cast special or attack omega and now, you apply blitz passively. So for example you can put special blitz, cast omega orb and then put your favourite attack... like poseidon for example. While you proc poseidon boon, you are triggered blitz. that is how you use Zeus attack. Most of the time, your either using special only or attack only in between your spell uses. Aspect of Moros Torches: You put Blitz on special. you channel your omega and now you put favourite attack like i don;t know, appolo. You can techniclaly use blitz on all the torch aspects because all of them have special continuously attack spell. All torches have access special so all of them are candidates for blitz effect. Axe: Let's compare aphrodite boon of 150% damage increase raw to see what level we need for blitz to be worth it. An axe spin at base does 50 damage. a 150% damage increase would be adding 75 damage per hit. Due to how blitz works, every 2nd hit procing blitz would need to do 150 damage at min for blitz to equal a aphrodite boon. There is another caveat for Axe to use blitz. The amount of damage needed to proc blitz is 130 damage. So at base, 50 damage would proc blitz every 3rd hit. you can see how inefficient blitz is for omega axe. Because Blitz takes an attack slot, it removes potencial base damage to default axe spin. So we need other sources of damage increase to deal 150 base axe spin damage to be blitz do anything. Demeter has boon called "Weed killer" which increases cost of spin by +10 mana but increase damage by 50-75-100% damage. If we say that weed killer is 100% damage(Epic). 100% is still not enough to proc blitz consistently. that is only 100 damage per spin. we need 130. Arcana cards Huntress increases damage by 50% when your mana is below full mana and Origination is a boon that adds 50% damage when 2 curses are applied. adding another 100% would equal 150 damage. Now you can proc blitz every 2nd hit. This require ton of setup and probably isn't worth it for the axe. Haelian was not using huntress or origination in the video which is why his Lvl 34 blitz boon was useless. He was having trouble procing blitz because of his crap base damage. Dagger: It is never worth it because.... dagger has lower base damage so it can never proc 130 damage in 1 hit outside of critical hit and there is nothing in the game to gain 100% critical rate. The only meaningful way to use Blitz on daggers is Scorch. Thermal dynamic is duo boon where every time you proc blitz, you do 90 scorch and scorch damage counts towards triggering the blitz. There is also another boon called Master conductor which makes static shock do 20% more damage and allows lightning to bounce towards you. Anvil cast is the best way to get it since anvil also procs blitz. Overall i would not bother to use Zeus on dagger. too gimmick. not worth it. Aspect of medea skull can only use blitz if it put on special, you charge 3 skulls then rush through with special. you'll get 1 blitz proc. not really worth it unless it is heroic but it is an option for filler boon. Otherwise skull doesn;t use blitz very well at all.

Blitz is not that bad kiddo especially with mel axe which can activate it pretty fast.

Much like in Hades 1, pomming 1 boon a ton and ignoring everything else is not a solid strategy if you just want a strong run lol.

Thank you doing this run, ik there probably aren't really many people doing this run and i'm sure you could easily beat my 44 but i've never done anything like noteworthily good in a game so this was so exciting for me i like almost threw up
